Siamo veramente sodisfatti di questo allenamento con Eric e GG, oltre ad imparare metodi nuovi di allenamento, siamo anche ritornati sulle tecniche fatte durante gli altri corsi. ( sempre con Eric )
Cosi facendo abbiamo visto che con il passare del tempo, se non ci si allena in un certo modo, si rischia di trascurare tante cose che poi sono la base dell'IPSC. Insomma bisogna sempre lavorare sulle tecniche.
Poi abbiamo imparato il metodo per lavorare con la testa, abituarsi ad essere reattivi e ad abituarsi ad ogni imprevisto e circostanza.
Abbiamo poi naturalmente fatto esercizi per la precisione, infatti poi gli ultimi giorni eravamo tutti più precisi.
Siamo veramente contenti di essere venuti qui a Quimper ad allenarci con Eric e GG. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per rifare tutto questo.

As expected, the Grauffel course was full of excellent drills that taught IPSC techniques new to me. The course was very intense and physical.
